Refund & Return Policy – Minawa Communication Technology

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are not liable for any loss or damage, and we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Goods Exempt from Return

  • Unboxed or used products
  • Items with a missing or altered serial number
  • Products not purchased directly from our shop

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm that we have received your item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at:
